Last updated: 6 September 2026
These Terms apply to the SortMyDump iPhone app and the website at sortmydump.app.
SortMyDump is provided by Navia Gruber, ABN 25 341 989 227, Australia.
By using SortMyDump, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using SortMyDump
SortMyDump is licensed to you, not sold. You may use the app on Apple devices that you own or control in accordance with the applicable App Store terms.
Where Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement applies, it also applies to your use of the app.
You must not copy, modify, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of SortMyDump except where applicable law expressly allows it.
2. What SortMyDump does
SortMyDump analyses photos and videos you choose and suggests a selection and order for a photo or social media carousel.
The results are automated suggestions. What makes a “best” photo or the right carousel order is subjective, so SortMyDump does not guarantee that its suggestions will match your personal preferences. You can review and change your selection before saving it.
SortMyDump is not a photo editor. It does not apply filters or retouch your photos.
3. Your photos and videos
Your photos and videos remain yours. Using SortMyDump does not give us ownership of or rights to your content.
The app processes your selected content on your device and does not receive or store it on our servers.
You are responsible for the content you choose to import, save or publish and for ensuring that you have any rights or permissions required to use or share it.
4. Third-party services
SortMyDump may help you move from your saved album to another app or service, such as Instagram.
Third-party apps and services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content or operation.
SortMyDump is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta or Apple.
5. Availability and updates
We may update, change or discontinue features of SortMyDump or the website from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, that the app will be compatible with every future version of iOS, or that the app or website will always operate without interruption or error.
6. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee that cannot legally be excluded, including rights available under the Australian Consumer Law and applicable consumer laws in other countries.
Subject to those rights and to the fullest extent permitted by law, SortMyDump is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of SortMyDump where that liability may lawfully be excluded.
You should maintain appropriate backups of important photos and videos and review your selection before sharing or publishing it.
7. Intellectual property
SortMyDump, including its software, name, logo, design, website and original content, is owned by or licensed to Navia Gruber and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Using SortMyDump does not transfer any of those rights to you.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Nothing in this section takes away any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of the country in which you live.
